Tall Tea Tales
I’m always telling stories to my little girl. I tell her classics and I make up semi-scary tales and fantasies for her as she loves the thrill. It’s these stories that inspired me to make Red's Tea. Little Red Riding hood skipping through the woods with her basket of cakes and flowers for granny, only to face the Big Bad Wolf! How can that inspire a tea? Hmm. I’m a bit wappy maybe. Today we went a little crazy with our frapp-izer!! A great battery operated gadget from Greece (where we perfected the original Greek Frappe). We have been experimenting with matcha and green tea to produce our bestest most ever-so-exciting green tea frappe. We have gone down the caramel path as that seems to be the most popular green tea flavour at the moment and are still experimenting on how to get the best out of the tea flavours.
